ONLINE ACCESS TO THE COLLECTION AND LIBRARY CATALOGUES HAS BEEN ACTIVATED.
The Dom-Museum has been building a digital collection database and a digital library catalogue for several years. The collection database contains all the objects of the museum, St. Peter's Cathedral and the stacks. The library currently contains around 6,000 volumes. Thanks to a generous grant from the "Neustart Kultur" project of the Minister of Culture, we will be able to make the catalogues accessible in future not only to scholars on site, but also to the interested public at large via the internet.
You will probably not yet find all the information you are looking for on the objects and books. The digital database is still under construction and is constantly growing.
